General feedback app is a generic feedback app, which can take any number of multiple choice questions and those questions can be used to take feedbacks from people in the same app.

You can export the captured feedbacks in an excel report.

We are looking for contributors, maintainers and designers for the project. We are planning to build version 2.0 of the app with complete redesigning.
